Depression - one of the most common psychological disorders; don't know causes but combo of bio, cog and soc factors; treatments = drugs and therapy
where an individual experiences extreme guilt and sadness; shows a lack of initiative; has frequent negative thoughts and a low self-esteem; and has an overall loss of energy

Vulnerability Model-
- factors surrounding a person
- same event happens more than once --> will happen again
- tend to think deserved it

Diathesis Stress Model
- most common - interactionist approach
- genetic predisposition + traumatic event (from environment)
- bio + socio factors

This is a great pick. I think Depression offers you the most information to write for an hour long essay. This question asks you to "discuss" which means you need to: Offer a considered and balanced review that includes a range of arguments, factors or hypotheses. Opinions or conclusions should be presented clearly and supported by appropriate evidence.

Be sure to do all of this!!!
